How it works

01

Pick an audience

Send to everyone or to a tag, such as “spring service” or “VIP customers.”

02

Write once, in both languages

Personalize with {first_name}, and add a French version for contacts who prefer French.

03

Review, then send

See who will receive it and why the rest are skipped. Tidewire sends at a steady pace and respects quiet hours.

What’s included

Audience check before sending

Available in early access

Counts of who will receive the message, who opted out, whose implied consent has expired and who has no consent on record.

Consent re-checked at send time

Available in early access

If someone opts out between scheduling and sending, their text is blocked automatically.

Quiet hours in each contact’s time zone

Available in early access

Sent, delivered, failed, blocked and replies for each bulk send.

Questions

How fast do bulk texts go out?

Tidewire sends at a steady rate that local numbers handle reliably, about one text per second, so carriers don’t flag your messages as spam.

What happens to contacts without consent?

They’re skipped and counted in the audience check, so you can see how many and why before you send.

Do French texts count as more messages?

No. Each text up to 160 characters counts as one message, in French or English.
