Questions
Do automated texts need consent?
It depends on the message. A reminder that solely confirms a booking doesn’t need consent under CASL, but a review request or promotion usually does. Tidewire checks each contact’s consent before sending.
When will automations be available?
Automatic STOP and HELP replies work today. Missed-call text-back and appointment reminders are next on the roadmap for early-access customers.
